By participating, you assume all risks and waive any claims against Coach Zeke and affiliates for injuries, health issues, or other consequences arising from your involvement.
No Refunds or Transfers
All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of the Challenge, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including non-participation.
Personal Responsibility
Your progress depends on your dedication and actions. Coach Zeke and affiliates are not responsible for your choices, effort, or any missed participation.
Intellectual Property
All Challenge content—including but not limited to workouts, meal plans, videos, and written materials—is the exclusive property of Coach Zeke. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully within any Challenge community, including social media groups. Any harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of guidelines may result in removal without refund.
Program Modifications
Coach Zeke reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Challenge at any time, including content, schedule, or structure, without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Zeke and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Challenge.
